Shipping policy

At Made For It we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shipping experience. Please review our shipping policy for important details about how your order will be processed and delivered.

Important Update

We had reopened shipping to the USA on the following basis: we are going to split the tariff with you. The current tariff charge is 30% - so we have added a $15 (AUD) shipping charge per $100 order value. We hope you'll be happy to go halves with us like this! We also note that we have been experiencing some delays with USPS and so shipping times for US orders have increased slightly, to approximately 10 business days. Thank you so much for your patience and ongoing support. 

Preorders

If you have ordered a suit on preorder, the item description will give you an estimated production time.

Please note that shipping times apply to preorders only after stock has arrived. We will post regular updates to our Instagram regarding stock progress but cannot guarantee arrival times.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Processing times may be extended during peak periods, such as sales or holidays.

Shipping Methods and Times

We offer the following shipping options within Australia:

Standard Shipping: Delivery within  5-7 business days.

For international orders, delivery times vary depending on the destination. Estimated shipping times will be provided at checkout. Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or other delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location. We have a flat rate for domestic customers and a separate flat rate for our international customers. These costs will be displayed at checkout.

Free shipping may be offered on orders over a specified amount during promotional periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can use this information to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Made For It is not responsible for delays or missed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

International Shipping

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged upon arrival in the destination country. These fees are not included in your order total.

Please check with your local customs office for information about applicable charges.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at madeforitwetsuits@gmail.com with your order details and tracking information.

We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund if applicable.

Delays and Exceptions

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, carrier delays, or customs processing may cause delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these instances.
