Your satisfaction is our priority, and we stand by the quality of our springsuits, shorties, and steamers. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy ensures a seamless experience.
Exchanges
We offer unlimited free exchanges subject to product availability (yes, even on sale items). We cannot guarantee that an alternative size will remain in stock but will do our best to find a product to suit your needs. Otherwise, our returns policy applies.
Please note that we never want you to be stuck with a suit you won’t use - if you have not been able to find a suitable option, please reach out to us via email or Instagram direct message.
Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and free of damage.

Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email) is required.
Due to hygiene and safety standards, used waterwear items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Refunds
Refunds are issued under the following terms:

Eligible returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the item.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Defective or Damaged Items
We take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please email us at madeforitwetsuits@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Include a description of the issue and, if possible, photos of the defect or damage. We will work with you to provide a replacement or a full refund.
Return Shipping

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or an incorrect item.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returns without tracking.
